Fuel Machine

First, check the fuel prior to commissioning the machine has three aspects:
1. Check diesel fuel is in place, the fuel line is clean smooth, whether the valve is turned on.
2. Have pipeline leakage phenomenon, pipeline installation is reasonable.
3. Into the oil return line is installed correctly, the return line is not allowed to install gas valve
Second, the fuel inside the inspection
1. Nozzle burning machine is installed and whether the ignition electrodes adjusted.
2. Motor rotation direction is correct.
3. External circuitry coupled to meet the requirements.
4.Gas Control Valves are closed
5. According to the burner line conditions were cold simulation
Burner selection is a more complex technical problem, the user can choose a burner according to the following conditions:
1, the fuel type
First, what the user wants to determine its own fuel, according to their own choice of selected fuel burners. For example, the choice of fuel is a diesel fuel burner; the choice of fuel is a gas gas burner.
2, the degree of automation requirements
After the user in the selection of fuel should be used in accordance with the requirements of their economic capacity and equipment nozzle (burner) or use automatic burner. Generally speaking, the choice of nozzle (burner) is low cost, but the problem is difficult to ensure security ; use automatic burner higher cost, but do not need to configure their own fans and control system, easy operation, high precision temperature control, safe and secure.
